  Week 16: This week focuses on tidying up the final draft of my industry investigation proposal. Action Taken: I have edited the initial PowerPoint presentation we did in Week 4 and added all the other information I have researched to present to the class. I also skimmed through my report to ensure that everything was included and that I had followed the assessment guideline package. Lastly, by the end of this week, I have submitted and emailed my Word and PowerPoint files to my lecturer for grading. 

Week 15: This week involves writing my ethics management plan. Week 14: In this week I have started to write up the capability development plan for this course.  Capabilities Development Plan Communication I will develop clear communication with my lecturer to get a better understanding and feedback on my project report. I will do this by coming to class and getting feedback one-on-one or by emailing or texting him. By doing so, I can develop my communication skills to help me further in the other upcoming assessments. Working Collaboratively I will develop collaboration skills by discussing and exchanging ideas regarding the proposal report with my peers. Additionally, I can discuss my study plans with the lecturer.
